Custom Software Development

We design, build, launch and run software products end to end — the same way we built QRBranch, HandwashPro and NestSentry.

Digital Biz Agency — connected digital products

We design, build, launch and then actually run software products. Not prototypes handed over at the demo, and not a team of contractors you have to manage — the same end-to-end work we did on our own three products, done for you.

Work out what to build

Most software fails because the wrong thing got built well. We start by narrowing scope until there is a first version small enough to finish and useful enough to charge for.

Build and launch it

Backend, interface, payments, accounts, deployment. One team all the way through, so nothing falls between the cracks of a handover.

Keep it running

Software is not finished when it ships. Monitoring, fixes and the next round of changes, based on what real users actually do with it.

How we work

We work in short cycles with something visible at the end of each one. You see the real thing running, not a slide about it, and you can change direction while changing direction is still cheap.

We build on boring, proven foundations — Python and FastAPI on PostgreSQL, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare in front, everything versioned and deployed from GitHub. Boring is the point. The interesting part of your product should be your product, not the stack underneath it.

Proof of work

  • QRBranchA full SaaS platform: dynamic QR codes, scan analytics, subscription billing. Built and launched end to end.
  • HandwashProMulti-tenant operations software with a daily payout calculation that has to be traceable line by line.
  • NestSentryA monitoring product whose scheduler is the product — and which reads metadata only, by design.

Who this is for

A good fit if…

  • You have a process that spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools have outgrown
  • You want to sell the software itself, not just use it internally
  • You would rather have a small first version running than a big one planned
  • You want the people who build it to still be there in six months

Probably not if…

  • An existing tool already does the job and you just need it configured
  • You need a large team ramped up quickly — we are deliberately small
  • The scope is fixed, signed and cannot move at all
  • You need it finished before we have understood the problem
